Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Journalism, Digital Media or related field required; portfolio or demonstrated body of creative/content work required. Equivalent agency or in-house creative leadership will be considered
5 - 8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction and content production within a marketing or agency environment
Proven experience managing or working within multidisciplinary production teams (design, video, digital content) with a strong focus on execution quality and delivery.
Strong understanding of how content supports demand generation, customer journeys and commercial outcomes
Strong working knowledge of content production across formats, including video, digital, social, campaign and sales enablement materials.
Experience building scalable content systems, templates and asset libraries that improve efficiency and consistency.
Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, timelines, priorities and production pipelines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
Experience working with external agencies and vendors, with an understanding of when to leverage external support vs. internal capabilities.
Ability to translate strategic direction and creative guidance into practical, high-quality outputs that meet business needs.
Understanding of how content supports the customer journey, campaign performance and commercial outcomes in a B2B or industrial setting.

The pay range for this position is
$109,700.00 to $137,100.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
