We are now looking for an exceptional Copywriter to join the global superstar team at Too Good To Go in Copenhagen.
Please note that this role follows a hybrid model, requiring four (4) days in the office.
Your mission
Too Good To Go is a brand with a clear mission and a big ambition. Making it land - consistently, across 20 markets, every team, every touchpoint - is the key part. That's your job. As a Copywriter, you will use your outstanding writing skills to communicate Too Good To Go’s mission, brand and products to our consumers and businesses across numerous channels. You will bring energy and clarity to the user experience to drive engagement and help us make a huge impact in the fight against food waste. Embracing Too Good To Go’s tone of voice, you’ll be a brand guardian and work in close collaboration with colleagues across Marketing, in particular those in design, UI/UX and CRM.
Your role:
- Write and edit clear, persuasive copy within a defined brand tone of voice across multiple channels.
- Interpret creative briefs to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative and Digital teams to build performance-driven copy that is both creative and effective.
- Improve, develop and strengthen our global brand through outstanding copywriting.
- Ensure all copy outputs are aligned with our brand tone of voice, maintaining quality and consistency across all assets.
- Adopt and embed innovative creative technologies, such as AI-driven workflows, to elevate our ideation and sharpen our commitment to creative excellence.
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level English with impeccable grammar, a sharp editorial eye, and a proven ability to write highly engaging, persuasive copy.
- A strong track record of crafting cohesive copy across diverse touchpoints. You know how to adapt your voice seamlessly for OOH, digital ads, social, CRM, web UX, and offline activations while maintaining a unified brand identity.
- Substantial professional copywriting experience, backed by a strong portfolio of multi-channel work. Agency background is highly desirable.
- A highly conceptual thinker who pairs big-picture creativity with meticulous attention to detail.
- A strong grasp of emerging trends, digital culture, and industry developments within the creative and sustainability space.
- Agile and organized; you excel in a fast-paced setting, comfortably managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously without losing momentum.
- International experience either working in a global role or you have spent time working abroad is highly beneficial.

What to expect from our hiring process:
- Step 1: 30-minute video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team. We’ll share more about the role and opportunities ahead, while also getting to know you and making sure it feels like the right fit on both sides.
- Step 2: 30-minute interview with the Hiring Manager. A deeper dive into your background, day-to-day expertise, and what you are looking for in your next role.
- Step 3: Case Study Assessment. You'll complete a role-related task in your own time to showcase your approach and skills.
- Step 4: 60-minute final panel interview and case study presentation. You will present your task back to members of our Brand & Creative Leadership team followed by a Q&A session about your experience.
