Job Title: Copywriter
Location: Remote (LATAM, South Africa, and Mexico preferred)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9 am to 6 pm CST
Compensation: USD 1,500 - 1,600 (based on assessment)
Our client is a fast-paced, small, global startup specializing in a smart photo marketing platform for businesses and brands. Our kiosks allow users to take fun, branded photos that they can immediately share on social media, effectively turning customers into brand advocates. We operate with a fully remote team across multiple time zones and are dedicated to providing high-touch, effective service to our clients.
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Copywriter to help bridge the gap between technical innovation and human connection. In this role, you won’t just be "writing"; you’ll be building conversion machines. Your words will be the primary driver for turning curious business owners into long-term partners.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and gets things done!
Landing Pages: Crafting high-converting sales pages that explain the tech simply while driving "Request a Demo" or "Sign Up" actions.
Newsletter & Content Creation: Research and generate topic ideas that will resonate with our target audience and be more likely to be shared.
Email Marketing: Owning the full lifecycle—from cold outreach sequences and lead nurture flows to monthly newsletters that keep the brand top-of-mind.
Paid Ads (Performance Copy): Writing punchy, scroll-stopping copy for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads that lowers CPA and boosts click-through rates.
Conversion & Strategy: Leverage direct-response frameworks (AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand) and consumer psychology to drive clicks, while staying ahead of emerging market trends to keep copy high-performing.
Brand Voice: Maintaining a consistent, high-energy, and professional tone across a fully remote, global landscape.
Must Have
Exceptional, professional verbal English communication skills.
Prior experience in a Copywriter or similar role is required, at least 2 years.
Proficient with Zoom, Google Suite, and standard office software.
Must demonstrate strong capabilities in multitasking, prioritization, and creative problem-solving.
B2B Pro: You can take a B2B marketing product and make it feel exciting, approachable, and essential for business growth.
Data-Informed: You value A/B testing and use performance metrics to refine your hooks and headlines.
Portfolio: A proven track record of landing pages, email campaigns, and ads (please include results or metrics where possible).
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in SaaS, MarTech, or startup environments is highly preferred.
