Act as a liaison with global, regional, and local cross-functional teams (such as Production, Marketing, PR, Legal, Finance) to facilitate information sharing and address incoming requests
Coordinate with external production partners and vendors on logistics, deadlines, and delivery requirements
Facilitate communication with global teams, especially for international projects or cross-regional collaboration
Assist in on-site logistics during live productions as needed
Actively incorporate all information and provide better ideas to improve the quality of the Live content
Maintain flexibility to take on additional projects as assigned, contributing to the team's overall operational efficiency

Strong judgment and critical thinking; able to assess when to act and when to escalate
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and maintain clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Proven communication skills, highly articulate and professional in both written and verbal forms
Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional working proficiency in English required
