The Content Team Manager leads content planning for AnyMind Philippines' Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Business Unit. Working closely with D2C Brand Managers, this role turns business goals, product priorities, and commercial targets into content strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and growth. Part planner, part builder, you will use consumer insight, platform behavior, and performance data to identify opportunities, shape campaigns, and create content that works. You will collaborate with designers, producers, and production specialists to ensure every piece of content is both creatively strong and commercially effective.
What You’ll Do
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop content strategies that support brand and commercial objectives.
Translate consumer insights into actionable content opportunities.
Build content plans around key business moments and promotional periods.
Identify opportunities to test, learn, optimize, and scale content performance using AnyMind's tools and data.
Campaign & Creative Development
Develop campaign concepts for D2C brands.
Create content frameworks, narratives, and social commerce concepts.
Ensure creative recommendations balance audience relevance with business impact.
Social Commerce Content Creation
Shape content plans that drive engagement, conversion, and GMV.
Develop approaches for shoppable content, creator collaborations, and commerce-led storytelling.ff
Stay ahead of platform shifts, creator behavior, and emerging content formats.
Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as the lead content planner collaborating with the D2C Business Unit.
Partner with Brand Managers and creative teams to deliver high-quality work.
Manage and mentor a Senior Content Planner.
Maintain strategic rigor, consistency, and quality across all content outputs.
Support the growth and development of the wider content team.
Who You Are
Have 6+ years of experience in content planning, social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
Know how to build content strategies that support both brand and business objectives.
Can turn consumer insights, trends, and performance data into actionable opportunities.
Have experience developing campaigns from planning through production.
Are a strong storyteller and presenter who can influence stakeholders and align teams.
Are comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
Have experience managing and developing team members.
Can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on problem solving.
Stay curious about culture, consumer behavior, emerging platforms, and new content formats.
Have experience in social commerce, social media, creative studio, or digital-first environments.
