The Content Production Specialist is a hands-on creative producer responsible for bringing The Lighthouse's stories, events, members, and brand to life through compelling visual content.
This is a highly versatile role for someone who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, designing social assets, or capturing content in the moment. You'll produce original content, support member storytelling, and create marketing assets that showcase the energy and creativity of The Lighthouse community.
Working closely with the Head of Content & Art Director, you'll manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring all content is executed to a high creative standard and aligned with our brand vision.
In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $72,000 USD annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
