The Content Producer manages and oversees all creative including pre-production, production and post-production of a particular project. This role is creative and executes the final result. Duties include but are not limited to: Pre-Production, conceptualizing creative needs and or brief, creating script or paper cut, determining creative needs.
Production, working with the Producer, Studio Operations to arrange shooting (DP, Audio, PA, Location, Equipment, Logistics, Freelance) and studio needs (if applicable). Oversees project shoot.
Post-Production, working with Scheduling Producer to arrange post-production needs including, determining post-production creative needs, voice over record, graphics production, animation production, music, shot selection. Oversees editorial creative process for project.
Serves in a consulting role with key clients, translating business objectives into communications and marketing strategies, providing counsel and guidance. Executes and implements Corewell Health communications and marketing plans, including the development of materials for clients.
Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients. Anticipates client needs, identify opportunities and solutions.
Develops monitoring and tracking systems to determine the effectiveness of communications and marketing plans.
Manages timelines and budgets as appropriate for department, product, and/or service line.
Works with the appropriate leaders to coordinate resources responsible for execution of communications tactics. Works with Creative Services to produce communications materials. Ensures that System standards are followed.
Coordinates with the appropriate staff to manage the content related to the Corewell Health intranet and internet.
Works closely with System Strategic Planning and Development to review market share, patient volume, and other research information to determine marketing needs.
Supports system branding and image initiatives.
Required
Bachelor's Degree Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience
7 years of relevant experience in communications
Preferred
2 years of relevant experience in health care communications, preferably with a large health care system
