Your New Role
The primary function of this role is to support the Content Licensing team with day-to-day operations by providing administrative and operational support across content preparation, localization, and asset management.
Title Preparation & Release Coordination
Set up on-boarding new licensee in systems and liaise with internal stakeholders
Submit digital material orders to internal stakeholders
Manage deliverable schedules and ensure the timely delivery of materials to clients.
Provide required WB assets to external partners
Assist in reviewing and approving clients’ requests
Research competitive release dates and pricing models in the market
Localization & Censorship
Perform quality control checks on localized digital materials, including subtitles, resolution, aspect ratio, and audio.
Obtain local censorship for Non-Theatrical Release titles or Enhanced Contents
Facilitate the localization of metadata and artwork by working with internal teams and external vendors
Track content rating and censorship status with the Korea Media Rating Board and the Korea Communications Commission.
Asset Management
Maintain and update the title database.
Manage master assets and related documentation.
Monitor title availability and content exposure across distribution platforms
Sales Support & Analysis
Support internal systems by inputting and maintaining avails for all media
Assist in creating sales orders and amendments, and process contract updates within internal systems
Input and update multi-year deals in the system & assist in generating product notice
Provide day-to-day administrative support on an ad-hoc basis, as required
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Possess or have experience with communication skills enabling effective coordination with internal and external cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal communication) sufficient for job performance.
