We use our own AI platform to deliver legal services - to our existing customers and to a new wave of clients looking for a fundamentally different way to work with lawyers. In a year, we’ve gone from an early MVP to a product used daily by thousands of legal professionals across Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein - and that same technology now powers the firm we’re building. You’ll be joining a young, passionate and dynamic team of 15.
We’re looking for a Content Lead to own how Omnilex shows up to the market through content. You’ll set the editorial and creative direction, run the pipeline from first idea to last repurpose, and build the systems that let us publish proof-driven content at a daily cadence across search, social and sales.
This is a builder role. You’ll set the strategy, ship the work, and manage the creators, filmers and contractors who help us scale it. The output is a content engine that compounds: ranks on the searches that matter, gets shared by lawyers, gives sales something to send, and teaches our AI tools to do more of it over time.

Set the editorial and creative strategy.
Run the content pipeline end-to-end: topic/angle selection → generate/manage creatives → edit → publish → distribute → repurpose → measure.
Produce ad creative at scale, with filmers, content creators and contractors you choose and manage.
Build reusable content systems so our AI tools can learn from them over time.
Track what moves pipeline: rankings, impressions, clicks, engagement, creative-level performance, and leads influenced.
Keep a pulse on content, AI and B2B distribution trends - and bring sharp opinions on which bets we should make next.
A daily content publishing cadence.
A measurable lift in inbound (search + social).
A library of proof-driven sales assets sales actively uses.
A clear point of view from you on which content bets are working and which to kill.
Hard requirements:
Portfolio of published work we can read.
Strong opinions on what good B2B content looks like in 2026 (we’ll ask).
Can self-direct — you’ll get strategic input, not daily art direction.
A creative eye for visuals and exceptional taste.
Fluency in German and English.
Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
We’d also expect:
A real grasp of how content drives pipeline.
Comfort directing filmers, creators and contractors, and shipping ad creative at volume.
Fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and others to compress production cycles and build content systems.
Familiarity with tools across the stack (e.g. Hubspot, LinkedIn, YouTube, GA4, SEO tooling) and the analytical instinct to read creative-level performance and act on it.
Bonus if you have:
Background in a startup, content studio or agency supporting B2B clients.
