User Growth & Conversion: Develop and execute user growth strategies; responsible for optimizing the complete funnel from content exposure and user reach to transaction conversion. Continuously improve conversion rates at each stage through scientific methods such as A/B testing and data tracking, and be accountable for final transaction results.
Content Planning & Marketing: Plan high-conversion marketing campaigns aligned with financial market hotspots (earnings season, Fed interest rate meetings, key economic data releases, etc.). Design differentiated operational strategies based on user lifecycle management (new, growing, mature, and dormant users) to effectively activate trading intent.
Product Positioning & Packaging: Package and highlight product advantages tailored to different market conditions (e.g., options, IPOs, specific asset classes), and translate them into concrete marketing plans. Be familiar with target customer profiles, pain points, and demands; leverage data analysis to deconstruct user behavior paths and iterate growth strategies; continuously optimize operational content, methods, and penetration scenarios.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with headquarters R&D, design, and user research teams to ensure growth strategies are highly aligned with product features and market demands.
