CEE Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and activating Haleon brands content which is accurate, compliant, and brand‑consistent across digital touchpoints, with a primary focus on e‑commerce product detail pages (PDPs) and retailer content requirements across 30+ Central and Eastern Europe markets. CEE Digital Content Specialist is a member of a CEE Commercial Excellence Team and is instrumental in boosting Haleon omnichannel sales potential through cross-connected, relevant and disruptive brand activations.
Build and maintain PDP-ready content in line with brand standards and retailer specifications for regular and activation-based use and execute content updates, ensuring timely readiness aligned with go-to-market plans.
Own content QA to ensure accuracy, completeness, formatting, and consistency across SKUs, variants and retailer environments.
Manage day-to-day operational workflows in relevant systems and maintain structured documentation and hygiene in shared collaboration tools to ensure transparency of status and execution on time.
Apply agreed digital content standards and templates to ensure consistent execution across brands, categories and markets.
Support eCommerce / Digital Shelf initiatives by executing approved content changes based on prioritized recommendations.
Partner with agencies and internal teams to audit image specs, metadata, and asset completeness; correct errors and prevent reoccurrence through better ways of working.
2–5+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG and/or Consumer Healthcare digital content, eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, or digital content activation.
Proven track record delivering high-quality, high-volume SKU content and managing launches / changes at pace.
Experience managing product data and digital assets in structured content systems (e.g. PIM, DAM) and preparing them for publication across retailer e‑commerce platforms.
Structured, deadline-driven executor with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Experience in Consumer Healthcare industry, with Pharmacy retailers or other highly regulated industries and channels, is a major advantage.
High attention to detail and strong quality mindset.
Significant coordination and stakeholder skills in a matrix environment with multiple approvals and dependencies.

Remuneration: 11,500 to 15,850 PLN gross/monthly depending on the level of experience and competencies.
