Are you motivated to grow your product marketing career in a global medtech environment where technology and health meet? Join GN Hearing and help turn insights and product features into clear, customer-focused value for Hearing Care Professionals and end users.
In the role as Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer here at GN Hearing, a part of GN. You will support value propositions and messaging and help prepare go-to-market materials for launches and in-life products across our brands.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the global Product Marketing & Brand Strategy team and report to Head of Product Marketing, Katie Ogden, who is physically based at our local office in the UK. We work closely with Global Audiology, Product Management, regional markets, as well as creative, content and digital teams. We promote collaboration, openness and practical delivery in a changing, global environment, working insight-driven and digital-first.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Translate insights and product features into benefit-led value propositions and messaging for HCPs and end users; keep messages consistent across channels and regions.
Prepare and maintain go-to-market toolboxes and launch materials (presentations, one-pagers/FAQs, comparisons, demos/use cases) and coordinate stakeholder inputs and approvals.
Simplify audiological concepts and claims into accessible messages and visuals together with Global Audiology; ensure alignment across brands and channels.
Gather, summarize and share market, competitor and customer insights; maintain well-organized libraries of references and materials.
Enable regions with training and commercial assets (training slides, simple e-learning outlines, demo scripts) and ensure easy access to the latest versions.
Coordinate project activities (timelines, action lists, follow-ups, meeting notes); brief creative/content/digital teams and track delivery status.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Have a higher education background within marketing, communications, business, or a related field; candidates from audiology, life sciences, or engineering who are motivated by marketing are welcome.
You bring experience within marketing, product marketing, communications, commercial audiology, or a related field; internships and student roles are considered relevant experience.
You are proficient in English (written and spoken) and can translate technical or clinical content into clear, benefit-led messages.
You work in a structured, detail-oriented way, manage multiple tasks with steady follow-through, and work well with others across functions and regions.
You bring strengths in Communicates Effectively, Collaborates, Plans and Organizes, and Learning Agility.
At GN we pride ourselves on encouraging flexible working whenever possible. We trust our people to fulfill their responsibilities, to know when in-person collaboration is better than hybrid, and to be present when it's needed most.
We encourage you to apply.
Even if you don’t match all the above-mentioned skills, we welcome your application if you think you have transferable skills.
We highly value a mindset and motivation that align with our core values, to not only ensure growth for you, but for your team and the wider GN organization as well.
We are focused on an inclusive recruitment process.
All applicants will receive equal consideration for employment. As such, we encourage you to submit your CV without a photo to ensure an equal and fair application process.
