About You
Any undergraduate degree holder in B.com, B.Sc., BBA, BA, BCA, etc. (apply only if you have received the degree results/course completion certificate)
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and research skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Typing accuracy and comfort working with online tools and spreadsheets.
It would be great if you also had . . .
Experiences from publishing industry will be added advantage.

What will you be doing in this role?
Perform manual curation and correction of researcher profiles by validating and resolving authorship data across journals, affiliations, and publication history.
Review, interpret, and clean metadata (e.g., article titles, journal names, editor details, peer review history) for accuracy and completeness.
You are expected to follow prescribed editorial policies and procedures to capture the bibliographic information and ensure that the other deliverables are met
Evaluate and validate AI-suggested authorship matches as part of a human-in-the-loop curation model, ensuring high confidence before acceptance.
Troubleshoot and respond to profile-related customer issues using research, metadata investigation, and editorial corrections.
Work on achieving and maintaining consistent quality standards & make personal planning
About Product
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to join and be a part of the global team of the “Web of Science” product, which caters to innovators and researchers. As an Associate Content Analyst, you will work with the Scholarly Items content operations team for the WOS product. You will not only help curate the content for our product, but also make a big change to the customers life who thesis or research is dependent on the exciting articles and journals that are available in “Web of Science”.

Hours of Work (Full time)
Hybrid and work from office
Working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
Days: Monday to Friday
