Co-own Go-to-Market strategy, providing market and customer insights to shape seasonal direction
Lead planning and decision-making for in-store marketing, guiding execution teams and vendors (non hands-on production role)
Drive retail marketing strategy for new store openings, including customer targeting, launch buzz and cross-channel integration
Ensure consistency in brand image, product storytelling and retail communication across touchpoints
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall marketing effectiveness
Analyze retail and marketing performance data, providing insights to support business decisions
Collaborate with Global Headquarters to ensure alignment with global brand direction
Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects, with opportunities to take on broader leadership responsibilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
6-9 years of relevant experience in fast-moving retail or FMCG environments, with demonstrated ownership of marketing projects or strategic initiatives
Solid understanding of brand communication, product positioning and retail marketing
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive, open-minded and able to challenge ideas and contribute perspectives
Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and demanding business environment
Able to work effectively in a structured, cross-cultural environment with close collaboration with Japanese Headquarters
Strong interest in fashion and brand building, with sensitivity to trends
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
