About the Role
Are you a writer with deep roots in film, culture, and storytelling, and the versatility to bring that voice into a brand context? We are looking for a Creative Content Writer who combines editorial sharpness with commercial writing ability, and who genuinely lives and breathes the media and entertainment landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality written content across creative and commercial formats, including culture-driven editorial, marketing copy, and brand storytelling.
- Write within a defined corporate persona, adapting your voice to maintain a consistent and polished brand identity across all deliverables.
- Conduct independent research into media, entertainment, and industry trends to inform content accuracy and uncover compelling storytelling angles.
- Interpret complex, layered writing prompts, including those referencing specific cinematic universes, characters, episodic narratives, or industry frameworks and translate them into engaging, audience-ready content.
- Produce copy that is error-free, tonally precise, and aligned with project-specific guidelines from first draft through final delivery.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker with an exceptional command of grammar, narrative structure, and tonal range.
- Proven experience in creative writing, content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with the TV and cinema industry, including narrative structures, genre conventions, and current entertainment trends.
- Demonstrated ability to write within a corporate or brand persona while retaining creative quality.
- Experience conducting independent research to support and enhance written content.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple deadlines in a fully remote setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Academic background in English Literature, Film Studies, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related humanities discipline.
- Prior bylines or published work in media, culture, or entertainment-focused outlets.
- Screenwriting, scriptwriting, or narrative design experience.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly French or another major European language.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, WordPress, and content review processes.
- Experience working across both editorial and marketing content for the same brand or client.
