The Opportunity-We are bringing our SEO strategy in-house and are looking for a foundational leader to own and expand our organic search engine. This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide behind a vendor; it is for an extremely capable, hands-on expert who wants to grow a company and build a best in class team.

As our SEO Lead, you will work directly with the CMO to architect our long-term strategy and eventually build your own team. We have a mature site and a massive digital footprint where organic search is already a primary revenue driver. With the expanding AI landscape (AIO, SGE, and LLMs), you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is not just indexed, but cited as a 'grounding truth' for generative engines. You will be given the tools you need, provided you can translate tech stack changes into measurable growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on a combination of local, state level, and national organic search, with an eye for identifying gaps or opportunities and actioning on them.
