Role Overview We are hiring a Digital Content & Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of social media and content marketing. This role goes beyond content creation — you will act as a strategic partner who builds a brand voice that genuinely resonates with parents, develops a thriving influencer and UGC ecosystem, and drives Instagram growth through real, emotionally resonant content. The ideal candidate brings everything in-house with better quality, more authenticity, and deeper brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing Execution
Create and produce short-form video and image content for Instagram that feels real and relatable to parents
Maintain a clear, warm, non-salesy brand voice that builds community and trust over time
Handle all aspects of content scheduling, captioning, thumbnail selection, and publishing
Influencer & UGC Programme Management
Build and manage an ongoing network of influencers, parent creators, and UGC contributors
Develop a sustainable content flywheel so the brand consistently publishes fresh, authentic content
Handle outreach, coordination, content licensing, and repurposing of creator material
Brand & Channel Growth
Lead Instagram as the primary growth channel — owning follower growth, engagement, and reach
Develop and execute a content calendar that serves both community building and subscription conversion
Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on platform performance data
Team Collaboration
Work asynchronously within a globally distributed team, with clear communication and reliable delivery
Operate as a self-directed owner — bringing ideas, flagging issues, and delivering without needing prompting
Required Qualifications
Excellent English fluency — comfortable writing captions, briefs, and communicating on video
A strong portfolio of social media or content marketing work for consumer brands (must include links)
High visual design competency — polished, on-brand output that goes beyond template-based tools
Demonstrated experience managing influencer relationships or UGC sourcing programs
Full-cycle campaign experience: planning, creating, publishing, and iterating
Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and fluency with tools like Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in baby, parenting, kids, or family lifestyle content — understanding of what moves this audience
D2C e-commerce or subscription brand background
Familiarity with US consumer sentiment and the modern parenting content landscape
Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation or application video profiles
Tools & Technology
Instagram (primary platform) and supporting short-form video tools
Intermediate-to-advanced content creation and editing software (specify in your application)
Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms
WhatsApp, Slack, Google Workspace, and async collaboration tools
