Advanced Cleans & Slurry Technologies (ACST) is a high-growth business within Semiconductor Technologies, rapidly expanding across the US, Korea, Taiwan, and China. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager in Asia Pacific- to lead marketing strategies for products manufactured in our Asia sites (Cheonan, Taoyuan and Dongguan). This role connects market insights with plants operations to deliver profitable growth and successful product launches across Asia countries. This is a unique opportunity to lead in a dynamic, globally matrixed environment and influence the future of advanced cleans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop product positioning, pricing, and portfolio strategies tailored to regional market dynamics
Drive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and launch execution in collaboration with Sales and Manufacturing/Supply Chain team
Own product profitability analysis by evaluating product margins, pricing structures, and cost drivers, and contribute directly to successful product launches and profitable growth across Asia markets.
Analyze market trends, VOC, and competitive intelligence to identify product improvement opportunities
Ensure strong alignment between regional execution and global initiatives, enabling consistent deployment of technologies, assets, and messaging across countries and sister sites through effective cross‑team collaboration.
Act as a cross‑functional checkpoint for regional regulatory, certification, and compliance considerations to prevent gaps in new product launches.
Support operational excellence initiatives in collaboration with Integrated Operations (production, supply chain, etc.) by providing product and market perspectives that enable scalable and efficient execution.
Contribute, as needed, to product‑related data and information infrastructure efforts (e.g., databases or internal product assets) to support transparency, readiness, and team effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related analytical /technical field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor technology and/or chemical-related industries
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization, with exposure to technology, marketing, and/or plant operations
Proven track record of business growth in complex organizational environments
Data-driven mindset with P&L understanding; proficiency in Excel/BI tools
Fluent business-level English, sufficient to work effectively with global stakeholders across regions
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree such as MS, PhD, or MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
Korean and/or Chinese language capability as a strong advantage for regional collaboration
Leadership & Skills
Strong ability to lead and influence global teams through ambiguity and evolving market dynamics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects with shifting priorities
