Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, companies need new ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where the next growth opportunities lie. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how Peec AI shows up in the world. In this role, you'll own positioning, messaging, and narrative across every product moment, working closely with Growth, Product, Sales, and CX to translate what Peec does into stories that resonate with customers and move the category forward. You'll be the connective tissue between what we build and how it lands, making sure every launch, pitch, and piece of messaging earns attention and drives action. This is a rare opportunity to define the market voice of a fast-growing company at a moment when the AI search landscape is being shaped in real time.
Own and evolve positioning and messaging across Peec AI's full ICP, ensuring every audience hears a narrative that is sharp, specific, and credible
Get deep into the product and stay exceptionally close to customers, turning that proximity into insight that sharpens everything we say
Lead go-to-market strategy for every T0-T2 product launch, from flagship moments to the ongoing drumbeat of releases, and make each one land with the right audience
Show up on camera when it matters, whether that is a product walkthrough, a launch video, a webinar, or customer-facing content
Find unexpected ways to deliver our message, treating every surface (from the changelog to a keynote to a teardown video) as a chance to earn attention
Run a formal voice-of-customer program, translating win/loss, churn, and buyer research into insight that sharpens positioning and informs the roadmap
Build and maintain competitive intelligence in a category that moves weekly, keeping the team clear-eyed on what is real and what is noise
Define and own ICP and segmentation, partnering with Sales and Growth on how we talk about who we serve
Partner closely with Content, Brand, Product, and Engineering to ensure Peec's narrative shows up consistently and distinctively across every touchpoint
You write with a point of view and hold your opinions loosely. Your drafts argue for something, and you change your mind when the evidence says to.
You are unreasonably curious, about the product, the category, and especially the customer. You listen more than you pitch, and you walk out of every call with something nobody else caught.
You are comfortable on camera and on stage, not because you love the spotlight, but because the message lands better when a real person delivers it.
5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, including at least one stint where you shipped positioning in a category that was still forming.
Based in Berlin or New York, or willing to relocate, and excited to be in the office five days a week.
With your application, send us a 200 to 400 word teardown of Peec AI's current positioning. Show us how you diagnose and reframe a narrative.
Background in an adjacent category: SEO tooling, analytics, developer tools, MarTech, or brand monitoring
Public writing track record: posts, essays, conference talks, podcast appearances
A personal on-camera or public-speaking track record (YouTube, keynotes, podcast hosting, webinars)
Deep interest in AI and how it is reshaping how people find, evaluate, and trust information
Experience at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup where you built the PMM function
Competitive salary + equity
Comprehensive benefits package
Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
