About the role
Signal is looking for a technically adept Product Marketing Manager who understands go-to-market execution in B2B markets, particularly in enterprise risk management, reputation risk, and related fields. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this role will play a major role in the execution of Signal’s go-to-market process and development of product messaging that will differentiate Signal’s product offering from others in the market. This role will support the commercial team cross-functionally, undertaking product-related market and competitor research, providing sales conversations with meaningful materials, and collaborating closely with our field marketing, content, and demand generation teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with key audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Own go-to market launches from conception to execution.
Craft product value propositions, product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products/features in the market and resonates with risk and reputation management professionals.
Develop a deep understanding of market buyers and users (i.e. who buys and uses our product and why, and who doesn’t and why).
Help build and communicate compelling product offerings for target markets. This includes the product itself, its pricing, packaging and launch strategy.
Enable sales by helping produce the necessary messaging, material, training, and tools to support the selling process of our products.
Perform competitive analysis offering in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors in which its products operate.
Support product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts.
Requirements
4+ years of Product Marketing experience
Data-driven with a commitment to drive punctual timelines and track progress
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, as well as the ability to grasp technical concepts.
Experience in marketing to risk and reputation management professionals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
Strong presentation skills
Extremely well-organised and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
Strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
Experience using software such as Notion, Miro, Metabase and Salesforce
This is a maternity cover role. The contract will be from mid-June 2026 to April 2027
