Job Description
Core Role:
Lead and execute social media + product campaign content, from ideation to final output and also appear as a talent when needed to bring stories to life.
Turn campaign/product briefs into social-first content ideas
Plan shot list, script, and storytelling flow (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Align creative direction with branding & marketing team
Direct shoots (hook-driven, vertical-first content)
Guide talents and ensure storytelling is captured well
Step in as talent/on-camera presence when required
Ensure all key visual angles are covered
Guide editing direction (pacing, music, transitions)
Ensure content fits platform behaviour + brand tone
Support captions, hooks, and CTAs (engagement & conversion)
Monitor content performance (reach, saves, engagement)
Optimise future content based on insights
Social-first storytelling
Strong product campaign execution
Ability to switch between producer + on-screen talent
