We are now hiring a Content & Community Marketing Manager to own and scale Oktopost’s content engine, organic social presence, and community strategy. This role is responsible for turning content, social, and community into a measurable, repeatable growth engine, driving pipeline, building category authority, and influencing buying groups across the full B2B journey.
You will play a central role in establishing Oktopost as the category leader in B2B social, defining how we build authority, engage our market, and convert attention into revenue.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a core growth engine and shape how a B2B category is built.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and external partners, including SEO and PR agencies, to ensure all activity is aligned to business outcomes and market positioning.
This role requires working from our Ramat Gan office a minimum of 3 days per week to enable close collaboration across teams.
