You are consistently looking for ways to improve your personal best and see value in continuous improvement. You take accountability for your actions and learn from mistakes
- Collaboration – You work collaboratively with others with the common goal of driving positive results. Making meaningful contributions to your team to achieve organizational goals is a priority. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organization
What your day looks like:
- Plan, write, edit, and publish digital-first content that supports Asset Management go-to-market plans (e.g., product launches, campaigns, seasonal themes, advisor programs)
- Create short- and long-form content across owned channels (e.g., web pages, email, social posts, landing pages) and support paid/partner placements with copy aligned to channel best practices
- Write for AEO/GEO and SEO by structuring content for discoverability, clarity, and direct answers (e.g., FAQs, snippet-ready copy, headings, schema-aware formats as guided by digital team standards)
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital, Compliance/Legal, and Product (squad) teammates to develop content that is accurate, compliant, and customer centric
- Operate within a squad environment: participate in working sessions, manage a content backlog, estimate effort, and deliver iteratively within sprint timelines
- Translate asset management concepts (e.g., performance, risk, portfolio construction, active/passive, fund positioning, asset allocation, fees, distribution) into plain-language, benefit-led stories for target audiences (advisors, intermediaries, investors)
- Ensure adherence to brand voice, style guidelines, accessibility, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting repeatable processes, templates, and playbooks for content production and optimization
