About the Role
As an Associate Copywriter at Solace, you will be responsible for developing and executing copy that drives positive customer perception, experience, and retention. You are a self-starter interested in working on a broad set of in-house initiatives and taking on significant direct ownership responsibility.
This role is for the ambitious, the curious and those who don't shy away from feedback.
This is an in person role for new college graduates in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.
What You’ll Do
Develop clear, human-centered copy across product, marketing, and support channels
Contribute ideas and help bring them to life across various initiatives
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and consistency from start to finish
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional partners to support strong user-facing language
Execute quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Apply and uphold Solace’s brand voice across all touchpoints
Incorporate feedback to strengthen output and continuously improve
What You Bring to the Table
A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) — graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
Intuition for what resonates in consumer-facing experiences, especially in digital and product environments.
Comfort with ambiguity.
A bias toward action and execution. You’re at your best when writing, iterating, and refining
Great communication skills that help you work across departments to make visions come to life.
Attention to detail and accountability for every word you ship.
A portfolio of writing samples that demonstrates your range and ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully.

Exposure to startups or healthcare environments
