Position Overview
The Senior Director of Product Marketing is one of the most strategic positions in our company. This person serves as the critical link between market reality, customer intelligence, business strategy, product investment, and go-to-market execution.
This individual will build and maintain a continuous, high-quality intelligence loop leveraging AI, drawing deep insights from customers, prospects, analysts, partners and the competitive landscape. Ultimately converting those signals into clear, prioritized guidance that helps to:
- Shape our product roadmap
- Define how we win and sharpen our market narrative, assets and tools to it
- Power the commercial success of our GTM teams and influence our business strategies
The Senior Director PMM is expected to leverage AI beyond the intelligence loop to operationalize the consumption, cadence and impact of the intelligence across the business and to be a leading voice, active in the external market through events, social, and webinars articulating our win narratives and thought leadership positioning.
The Senior Director PMM has direct management responsibilities for product marketing, analyst relations, public relations, community, customer expansion and advocacy.
The Senior Director of PMM will execute on three equally critical levels:
- Market intelligence for decision making: Ensuring Agiloft is making product, roadmap, strategy and GTM decisions grounded in validated market signals and intelligence.
- Product partnership positioning: Serving as a strategic player to Product by overlaying, translating and automating market intelligence into a “how we win” architecture with cascading messaging, differentiated positioning and compelling narratives.
- GTM alignment for revenue impact: Equipping Marketing, Sales, Partners, and Customer Success with the narratives, content, and tools to win, retain, and expand.
The ideal candidate is an AI architect and rigorous analytical thinker who can:
