We are seeking a Senior SEO & Media Data Analyst to lead advanced analysis across Organic Search, Paid Media, and Direct‑to‑Site channels. This role is responsible for connecting search behavior, media investment, and on‑site performance to business outcomes, enabling smarter acquisition, content, and brand decisions. The Senior Analyst will independently own reporting, insight generation, and cross‑channel analysis, partnering closely with SEO, Media, Web, and Marketing teams.
The Senior SEO & Media Data Analyst serves as a subject‑matter expert for SEO, media, and web analytics, translating complex multi‑channel data into clear, actionable insights. This role requires strong analytical judgment, hands‑on technical expertise, and the ability to influence decisions through data storytelling.
Own end‑to‑end analytics and reporting for Organic Search, Paid Media, and Direct‑to‑Site performance.
Design, build, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights with clear business implications and recommendations.
Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion behavior to identify drivers of acquisition efficiency and demand.
Partner with SEO and Media teams to evaluate landing page performance, content effectiveness, and conversion optimization opportunities.
Identify leading indicators of demand acceleration or softness to support proactive marketing decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, tracking consistency, and metric alignment across SEO, Media, and Web analytics implementations.
Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Media, Web, Product, Brand, and CRM teams to translate analytics into decision‑ready insights.

Advanced Analytics & Technical Ownership
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries across large datasets in Oracle and BigQuery environments.
Apply strong data warehousing and modeling concepts, including ETL logic and performance optimization.
Build advanced Tableau dashboards using calculated fields, parameters, dashboard actions, and reusable design patterns.
Integrate and analyze data from Adobe Analytics, paid media platforms, SEO tools, and internal data sources.
Use Python for data automation, transformation, and advanced analytical workflows.
Support AI‑assisted analysis and exploration using modern analytics and AI‑powered BI capabilities.
SEO, Media & Demand Intelligence
Build and maintain Brand Demand and Marketing Mix analyses using search trends, branded keyword data, paid search signals, media spend, impressions, and on‑site behavior.
Evaluate media efficiency and incrementality, including how SEO and Direct‑to‑Site performance impacts CAC, ROAS, and CPA.
Analyze how media exposure influences organic search lift, branded demand, and direct traffic behavior.
Assess the impact of SERP changes and AI‑generated search results on impressions, CTR, share‑of‑voice, and affected query classes.
Use SEO intelligence platforms (e.g., Quattr) to identify content gaps, competitive threats, technical SEO issues, and optimization opportunities informed by media and demand signals.
Partner with Media teams to assess creative performance, audience saturation, and messaging alignment with on‑site and organic behavior.
Leadership, Communication & Influence
Act as a senior individual contributor, owning analytical domains with minimal oversight.
Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling data stories for stakeholders.
Provide insights that illuminate cross‑channel relationships, especially how SEO, Media, and Direct‑to‑Site performance work together to influence brand interest, conversion, and long‑term efficiency.
Maintain analytics documentation, taxonomy governance, and measurement standards.
Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners through consistent, high‑quality insight delivery.
4–6 years of experience in SEO analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related advanced analytics role
Strong hands‑on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Quattr, or equivalent platforms
Advanced working knowledge of web analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics (required); Google Analytics and Google Search Console experience also acceptable
Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO foundations, and performance measurement
Strong SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries, joins, and aggregations to analyze large datasets
Experience building, owning, and maintaining production‑level dashboards using Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools
Solid understanding of paid media performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how paid media impacts organic search and direct traffic behavior
Proven ability to independently analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and problem‑solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across SEO, Media, Web, Product, and Marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or analytics workflows
Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including data modeling and ETL pipelines
Demonstrated experience analyzing SEO and paid media performance together, including incrementality or efficiency impact
Familiarity with SEO intelligence platforms such as Quattr or similar tools
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Background in SaaS, technology, or performance‑driven marketing environments
