Your job
Create and adapt engaging sales and training materials (e.g. presentations, playbooks, videos, and eLearning content), ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong storytelling
Support the rollout and communication of new content and enablement initiatives to the sales organization
Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current product messaging and business priorities
Organize, upload, and maintain content in our sales enablement platform (Seismic), improving content discoverability and usability for sales teams
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather input and translate business needs into effective enablement content
Research industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and content creation, and translate them into actionable ideas
Support tracking and analysis of content usage and performance to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
Your skills
Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Design, or a related field
Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and structuring complex information into clear, engaging formats
Hands-on mindset with attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working
First experience with content creation (e.g. presentations, design, video, or copywriting) is a plus
Familiarity or interest in tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Seismic, or SharePoint is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Availability: 15-20 hours per week, located in Hamburg

You will be part of the global Sales Enablement team, working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product. The team focuses on equipping our commercial organization with the right content, tools, and knowledge to succeed. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders across the business, gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, and directly contribute to improving how our sales teams access and use content.
