Job Role: Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the Australian business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration.

Founded in 2019, they offer a seamless application process with fast, often same-day approvals, supported by an Australian-based team. Recommended by leading agencies, they help buyers and sellers overcome financial roadblocks to achieve their property goals.
Role Overview: We are seeking an AI-enabled Marketing Operations & Content Coordinator to manage and execute day-to-day marketing activities across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines marketing coordination, content creation, campaign execution, and systems management, with a strong focus on using AI to improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who can work independently, take ownership of execution, and continuously improve marketing processes within a regulated lending and property environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate social media scheduling, posting, and content calendars across platforms
- Write high-quality marketing copy for emails, social media, landing pages, brochures, partner communications, and nurture sequences
- Build, launch, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows
- Maintain CRM data integrity, including lead management, segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Support website and landing page updates, ensuring content accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate marketing assets (design, video, web, and campaign materials) with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in campaign reporting, performance tracking, and visibility of marketing metrics
- Help structure and optimise the marketing funnel to improve consistency and conversion
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign planning, research, repurposing, reporting, and workflow efficiency
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, processes, and execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing coordination, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign execution
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent written English and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and maintaining data accuracy
- Experience with email marketing platforms (ideally Mailchimp) and automation workflows
- Practical, business-level experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve productivity and output quality
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working with Australian businesses or within regulated/professional services environments (finance, lending, real estate, or similar) is highly preferred
