Join Our Team as a CRM - Content Marketing Manager
We are seeking a CRM Content Manager who shall be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, on-brand content across CRM channels globally, with a primary focus on email communications. This role sits at the intersection of content, member experience, and data, ensuring that all CRM touchpoints are engaging, in line with evolving industry best practice and aligned to Ten’s premium concierge positioning across markets.
Working as an integral member of the Global CRM team, and alongside Proposition Partnerships, Regional teams, Data and Content the CRM Content Manager will play a key role in elevating the quality, consistency, and performance of member communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Content Strategy & Development. Take ownership of the end-to-end development of CRM content - from concept and copywriting through to optimization - supporting lifecycle campaigns, automated journeys with a focus on personalized content, and global communications at scale.
- Email Copywriting & Global Campaign Execution. Lead the creation of email copy for global campaigns, automations, and lifecycle journeys. Ensure content is adaptable for localization, maintaining impact and intent across regions. Personalization & Content at Scale
- Brand & Tone of Voice Ownership. Act as a global guardian of Ten’s tone of voice across CRM channels, ensuring a consistent premium, concierge-led experience. Balance global consistency with local nuance, ensuring content resonates across different markets and audiences.
- Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration. Build and maintain a centralized library of approved, reusable CRM content and templates, led by relevant performance metrics. Work closely with Partnerships teams to translate global and local partner offers into compelling, member-first content.
