Overview A growing U.S.-based clothing brand (A-Team Clothing) is seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Website Assistant to support content execution, website updates, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with visual content, understands social media growth (especially TikTok) and can bring structure to a fast-moving solo founder environment. The goal is to drive brand awareness, improve consistency, and support upcoming product drops.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Core)
● Manage and schedule content across Instagram & TikTok
● Post 2x daily content (pre-prepared or guided by client)
● Assist with content planning & calendar creation
● Optimize posting times based on audience activity
● Monitor performance and suggest improvements
Website & Admin (Squarespace)
● Upload product images and update inventory on Squarespace
● Publish blog posts (client provides content)
● Ensure website is clean, updated, and aligned with brand
Email & Content Support
● Send newsletters to subscribers
● Light input on improving layout/design (not heavy copywriting)
● Help maintain consistency across brand touchpoints
Requirements
Must-Haves
● Experience managing Instagram & TikTok accounts
● Basic understanding of content scheduling tools
● Comfortable working with Squarespace or similar platforms
● Strong organizational skills
● Ability to work independently (VERY important)
Nice to Have
● Experience with fashion / e-commerce brands
● Basic photo/video editing knowledge
● Understanding of TikTok growth & algorithms
● Email marketing exposure
Working Hours
● 10 hours per week (~2 hours/day)
