What will you do?
The Digital Marketing Specialist will own end-to-end digital growth across performance marketing, SEO/content, social media, and affiliate partnerships.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with the Indonesia team. It is expected to evolve into a leadership role (Head of Growth) based on performance.
Channel Focus:
- Performance Marketing (25%)
- SEO, Content & GEO (40%)
- Social Media (35%)
- Affiliate Marketing (split with Country Lead)
1. Performance Marketing (Paid Acquisition – 25%)
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
- Optimize full funnel: creatives, audiences, budgets, and conversions
- Improve CAC, lead quality, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests and structured experiments
- Work with attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyer)
Expectation: Own scalable acquisition and performance—not just execution.
2. SEO, Content & GEO (AI-Led Growth – 40%)
- Build and execute an SEO strategy focused on:
- High-intent financial keywords
- Debt consolidation, restructuring, refinancing, and credit education
- Create conversion-focused content (blogs, landing pages, educational assets)
- Leverage AI tools:
- GPT / Gemini / Claude
- AI-assisted content generation and refinement
- Programmatic SEO where applicable
- Optimize for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization):
- Ensure FLIN surfaces in AI-driven search responses
- Structure content for LLM discoverability
- Balance speed vs quality in content production
Expectation: Content should drive conversions, not just traffic.
3. Social Media Strategy & Execution (35%)
- Manage presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create content that educates, builds trust, and generates leads
- Produce short-form videos, storytelling content, and financial education posts
- Collaborate with design/video teams or execute independently when needed
- Track and improve:
- Engagement rates
- Follower growth
- Lead generation from social channels
4. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Identify and onboard affiliate partners:
- Financial influencers
- Lead generators
- Digital publishers
- Design and manage performance-based partnerships
- Track ROI and optimize partner performance
- Build scalable affiliate acquisition channels
5. Experimentation & Growth
- Launch and test new campaigns and channels
- Run experiments to identify growth opportunities
- Iterate quickly and optimize based on results
6. Leadership Path
- Based on performance, this role can grow into Head of Growth, with responsibilities including team building, playbook development, and scaling marketing operations.
