About the Role
We’re hiring a Creative Content Production Assistant to support our Branded Content Team with scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content across multiple TikTok Shop accounts and branded projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok, can edit quickly, and knows how to turn concepts into high‑performing short‑form content that feels personal and trend‑aligned.

This position requires someone who can independently film and edit content while collaborating with team leads to ensure all videos maintain a strong, organic creator voice and meet performance expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Independently film and edit TikTok videos based on scripts, prompts, and creative concepts provided by team

• Edit short-form content with clean pacing, tight cuts, and strong formatting

• Adapt to shifting weekly needs, contributing wherever necessary to keep projects moving in a fast‑paced production environment

• Support content leads by refining scripts, tightening ideas, and elevating creative direction

• Occasionally write clear, engaging scripts for TikTok-style product videos

• Organize footage, scripts, b-roll, and project files

• Assist team with last‑minute tasks or small production needs

• Accompany team on shoots, help with setup, lighting, and talent

• Join weekly check‑ins with the Branded Content Team

• Stay up to date on TikTok best practices, trends, and performance drivers

• Track what’s resonating and adjust filming/editing approach accordingly

• Maintain smooth day-to-day creative workflows

What You Need

• 1+ years of experience in content

• Familiarity with TikTok trends, performance patterns, and storytelling styles

• Solid editing skills (CapCut or Premiere) with attention to detail

• Ability to script and concept content that feels natural, product-forward, and scroll-stopping

• Strong sense of what visual and narrative choices grab attention

• Organized, independent, and reliable with deadlines

• Bonus: experience in beauty, skincare, or other CPG content
