About the Role
As our SEO Expert, you will take full ownership of SEO strategy and execution for a portfolio of e-commerce clients. This is a client-facing role that combines strategic responsibility with hands-on implementation.
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth. This role requires you to think ahead, identify risks early, and solve problems before they impact performance or client confidence.
You will work autonomously on day-to-day client work while collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager on strategic direction, complex challenges, and innovation within our SEO offering.

The primary mission of the SEO Expert is to ensure that client SEO strategies are executed effectively, proactively, and with measurable business impact. This means anticipating challenges, adapting to changes in search behavior, and consistently delivering strong organic growth for e-commerce clients.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and own data-driven SEO strategies tailored to each client’s e-commerce business goals.
- Manage multiple SEO client accounts and take full responsibility for strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits, and content planning to support long-term organic growth.
- Implement on-page, technical, and off-page SEO improvements across client websites.
- Optimize product pages, category structures, internal linking, and site architecture for large e-commerce catalogs.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.
- Adapt SEO strategies to the evolving search landscape, including optimization for LLM-powered search, AEO, and GEO.
- Proactively identify SEO risks, technical issues, and growth opportunities before they impact performance.
- Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools and refine strategies based on data and results.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Translate complex SEO data and findings into practical insights clients can understand and act on.
- Maintain structured documentation of SEO work, decisions, and progress across accounts.
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in search and e-commerce.
Overall, this role exists to ensure Hustler Marketing's web projects remain structured, efficient, and commercially sound.
Position Specifications
- Full-time commitment while meeting our general availability for office hours
- An average of 140 tracked hours per month consistently
- Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD
- Receive contractor status after signing our non-disclosure agreement
- Exclusivity agreement (nullifying the possibility to work in a position of a similar nature while working for Hustler Marketing)
- Committing to a 30-day notice period after the first two months (with the first two months being the trial-and-adaptation period paid at full rate)
- Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first one being after 3-6 months
- Re-evaluation of the role and workload after 6-12 months
