We are seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to support and execute Ocean Getaways’ digital presence, with a strong emphasis on high-quality writing and refined storytelling.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who brings structure, sound judgment, and strong foundational skills. It is not a senior strategy role, nor is it a purely creative or influencer-style position.
The Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and publishing content across Ocean Getaways’ social media channels, newsletters, and website, while supporting broader marketing initiatives through written and visual content.
You will also play a key role in refining and updating content and visuals on the website’s Lifestyle and Destination pages to better appeal to UHNW audiences.
Strategic direction and priorities will be set internally. Your responsibility is high-quality execution, alignment, and follow-through.
In this role, you will:
🖋️ Write polished, brand-appropriate copy for social media posts, newsletters, captions, short articles, and marketing materials
🎙️ Develop UHNW-focused storytelling that reflects luxury, discretion, and experiential value
🎯 Adapt tone and messaging for multiple audiences (UHNW clients, travel advisors, corporate planners)
📲 Manage content publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, website, and Zoho
🗂️ Build and maintain structured content calendars
🔒 Maintain luxury brand standards, confidentiality, and editorial consistency
🤖 Use AI tools responsibly to increase productivity while applying professional judgment
🎨 Prepare and adapt visual assets using Canva and Lightroom; collaborate on video content as needed
🤝 Collaborate with internal teams and incorporate feedback efficiently
🕒Working Hours: Full-time role - minimum 40 hours per week, Daily schedule must overlap at least 6 hours with 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM EDT (Miami time). Occasional flexibility may be required to support time-sensitive charter activity.
