Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Senior PMM, Inbound is the strategic architect of DailyPay’s Enterprise platform roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence and product development, serving as the "Voice of the Market" during the early stages of the innovation funnel. You will be responsible for technical research, competitive benchmarking, and the creation of rigorous business cases that justify our largest platform investments. You are a high-leverage partner to Product Management, ensuring that our technical infrastructure—from integrations to data-driven earnings models—is built to win in a complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environment.
Based in our New York City office, this hybrid position blends remote focus with high-energy, on-site collaboration, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Engineering and Product teams to solve the future of earned wage access.
Drive Product Discovery: Lead market validation and technical research for new platform capabilities. You will identify "white space" in the market and translate those opportunities into prioritized product requirements.
Technical Benchmarking: Perform deep-dive analysis of competitor technical architectures, API stability, and implementation workflows. You will provide the "Technical Truth" that ensures our roadmap remains ahead of industry standards. Architect Internal Business Cases:
Bridge the gap between technical research and financial justification. You will draft the data-backed cases (quantifying market expansion and ROI) required to secure engineering resources for high-priority platform initiatives.
Roadmap Prioritization: Act as a key influencer in the product planning process, using market intel and technical gap analysis to quantify the impact of proposed features.
Technical Buyer Persona Strategy: Define the requirements and pain points of the "Technical Buyer" (CIO, CTO, and IT Procurement), ensuring our platform architecture solves their specific security and connectivity concerns.
6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Strategy, or Market Intelligence, Management Consulting
High technical literacy; comfortable analyzing technical documentation and platform integrations.
Proven ability to influence senior product and engineering leaders through rigorous commercial and technical data.
Experience navigating the "Discovery" phase of the product lifecycle in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
Experience in HR Tech, API's and or payment rails preferred.
