At HireHawk, we connect top global talent with high-performing U.S. companies. Our focus is on finding exceptional professionals who bring both expertise and drive to every role. We’re passionate about helping candidates grow their careers while supporting our clients with reliable, remote-ready talent that makes an impact from day one.
We are looking for a Creator & Content Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator ecosystem from scratch.
This is not a traditional social media role, it’s a creative strategist + creator operations hybrid. You will be responsible for finding great creators, guiding their content, and ensuring everything produced is high-quality, on-brand, and performance-driven.
Responsibilities:
- Source and reach out to creators (videographers, lawn transformation creators, UGC creators)
- Vet creators based on content quality, audience fit, and brand alignment
- Build a repeatable onboarding process (briefs, expectations, payment terms, timelines)
- Target: build a roster of 8–10 recurring creators
- Act as the main point of contact for all creators
- Maintain strong, consistent communication
- Ensure creators feel valued and motivated
- Negotiate rates and manage payments within budget
- Secure proper content usage rights upfront
- Write clear, actionable content briefs
- Align creators with editors and creative teams
- Ensure creators capture the right raw footage
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent output
- Bring fresh, performance-driven content ideas weekly
- Identify trends (short-form, transformations, before/after, etc.)
- Analyze competitor and creator content
- Propose and implement winning formats quickly
- Align creator output with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate timing to ensure content is ready when needed
- Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships
- Begin structuring affiliate systems (tracking, tiers, incentives)
- Lay the groundwork for scalable creator monetization
- Maintain a tracker of all content produced
- Monitor performance and identify winning content patterns
- Build SOPs to enable scalability
- Gradually build a creator-led content system
- Enable creators to produce ready-to-post content
- Manage the system rather than executing everything yourself
