At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We provide the agent engineering platform and open source frameworks developers need to ship reliable agents fast.
Our open source frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph, see 100+ million downloads per month and help developers build agents with speed and granular control. LangSmith offers observability, evaluation, and deployment for rapid iteration, enabling teams to transform LLM systems into dependable production experiences.
LangChain is trusted by millions of developers worldwide and powers AI teams at companies like Replit, Clay, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, and Workday.
We're looking for a senior PMM to own go-to-market for LangSmith's infrastructure products: LangSmith Deployment, Sandboxes, and adjacent self-hosted and cloud infrastructure offerings. LangSmith Deployment gives teams the flexibility to run LangSmith in their own cloud or on-prem environment — meeting enterprise security, compliance, and data residency requirements. Sandboxes give developers safe, isolated environments to build and test agents without impacting production. You'll own messaging for a technically sophisticated audience, launch new capabilities in a fast-moving market, and build the enablement that helps our sales team win complex enterprise deals.
Lead product launches. AI infrastructure moves fast, and we ship to match. You'll partner with product and GTM to launch new infrastructure capabilities and platform updates in ways that resonate with technical buyers and stand out in a crowded market.
Own positioning, messaging, and the infrastructure narrative for LangSmith Deployment, Sandboxes, and adjacent infra products. You'll shape how customers think about building, deploying, and scaling agents, and how we show up in the market, from the homepage to sales decks.
Build sales enablement that helps close enterprise deals. Our buyers are platform engineers, DevOps leads, and AI/ML infrastructure teams evaluating self-hosted and cloud deployment options. You'll create the talk tracks, use case briefs, battlecards, and objection handling the sales team needs.
Own competitive positioning. You'll stay close to the landscape and define differentiation that holds up to scrutiny in enterprise procurement conversations.
Partner on pricing and packaging for infrastructure products, bringing market and customer observations into decisions.
Create content that helps buyers move forward. Customer stories, web content, technical use cases: the materials that help champions make the case for LangSmith internally and help enterprise buyers clear procurement hurdles.
Feed the product roadmap. You'll synthesize customer conversations, win/loss signals, and competitive trends into clear feedback that helps our product and engineering teams decide what to build next.
You have 4-8+ years of product marketing experience.
You've owned positioning and messaging for a technical product or platform end-to-end — not just contributed to it. You've been the person accountable for the narrative, and you can point to results.
You've marketed developer tools, cloud infrastructure, DevOps platforms, or AI/ML infrastructure. You understand how infrastructure buyers evaluate build vs. buy, what procurement looks like in security-conscious enterprises, and what drives expansion from a land to a platform deal.
You're comfortable in a room with platform engineers, security architects, and VP+ leaders. You can follow a technical conversation about deployment topologies, network isolation, environment management, or container orchestration, ask good questions, and turn what you learn into clear messaging.
You understand the enterprise infrastructure buying motion and know how to arm a sales team to navigate it.
You like to ship. You'd rather get something strong out the door and iterate than wait for perfect, without losing the bigger narrative.
You write clearly. Your product messaging, architecture briefs, and enablement materials are written for the customer, not for internal stakeholders.
You have a genuine curiosity about how AI agents are reshaping the infrastructure layer of software. You'll be carrying the narrative for some of LangSmith's most strategically important products, and that curiosity comes through in the work.
You use AI tools in your own work and you're always looking for new ways to increase your effectiveness with them.
You know how to tell customer stories that make the case for infrastructure products, translating deployment flexibility and security controls into business outcomes.
Familiarity with the LLM/agent developer ecosystem. You've used or marketed self-hosted AI tools, agent runtimes, or similar developer infrastructure.
Experience marketing cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes-based platforms, or containerized deployment solutions.
Experience with both product-led and sales-led GTM motions, and how infra products often bridge the two.
Experience partnering with sales on enterprise deals that involve security reviews, compliance questionnaires, and infrastructure procurement.
Exposure to the open-source developer community and how community adoption of self-hosted tools can work as a GTM advantage.
Your work will directly impact the business. LangSmith infrastructure products are critical to our enterprise motion — they unlock deployment in the most security-conscious, high-value accounts. This is a small product portfolio where what you do is visible and measurable.
Agents are reshaping infrastructure. The way teams deploy, isolate, and manage AI agent workloads is an open problem, and LangChain is building the platform at the center of it. You'll shape how that story gets told.
Real scope on a growing team. You're joining a small team that's scaling fast. You'll help build the enterprise infrastructure GTM playbook from the ground up.
A team that ships. We move fast, we hold a high bar, and we don't wait for layers of approval.
