We are looking for a Senior Creative Content Strategist who thinks like a storyteller, moves like a creator, and operates like a brand architect. You will own the full content lifecycle from ideation and scripting to final production using cutting-edge AI tools and creative storytelling to turn complex exam prep products into culturally relevant, scroll-stopping narratives that drive measurable brand and product recall.
You will serve as the creative engine behind UWorld’s social presence, setting the visual and narrative tone across all major platforms. If you’ve built a brand’s voice from the ground up, made products go viral, and obsess over every hook, cut, and caption this role was made for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Content Production
- Develop and own the end-to-end social media content strategy, including ideation calendars, content pillars, platform-specific formats, and campaign narratives aligned with business objectives.
- Generate original content concepts grounded in product features, user pain points, cultural moments, and brand positioning not templates.
- Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and storyboards for both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, LinkedIn articles) content.
- Produce high-quality graphics and videos using modern AI-powered tools (generative design, AI video editing, voice synthesis, automated workflows).
- Turn complex exam prep products into simple, emotionally resonant, and highly shareable narratives that build strong product recall.
Platform Growth & Performance
- Drive measurable growth across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn through creative excellence and algorithmic fluency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, formats, sounds, and platform algorithm shifts and be the first to translate them into branded content.
- Continuously A/B test hooks, formats, posting cadences, and creative treatments; use performance data to iterate and optimize.
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement rate, reach, shareability, follower growth, and content-attributed conversions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, brand, and influencer/partnership teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
- Championing a culture of creative experimentation pitching bold ideas, embracing rapid iteration, and raising the bar on what branded social content can achieve.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience creating social media content for consumer brands or products, with a portfolio that demonstrates viral reach and high engagement creative work.
- Proven track record of building or scaling a brand’s social media presence with measurable results.
- Exceptional conceptual thinking you can start with a product and turn it into a compelling, share-worthy story.
- Strong script writing, visual storytelling, and narrative design skills.
- Deep, current understanding of social media algorithms, hook mechanics, retention curves, and shareability drivers across major platforms.
- Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools for graphics, video production, voice, editing, and workflow automation.
