About the team:
The Goodnotes Brand Marketing team is a passionate group of individuals who are dedicated to making the Goodnotes brand shine. Our team works with the creative studio, performance marketing, B2B, design and product teams to shape our community, influencer marketing, social media, and content. Join us as we inspire new dimensions of productivity, creativity, and learning.
About the role:
We’re looking for a strategic and systems-minded Content Editor to build and scale Goodnotes’ content engine from the ground up. This is a highly cross-functional role that will sit at the center of Brand, B2B, and Product Marketing—owning the foundations that allow our content to scale.
You’ll be responsible for designing and operating our content system. Establishing editorial standards, tone of voice, and content guidelines; managing a network of freelance creators and copywriters; and leveraging AI-powered tools and automations to scale high-quality content efficiently. This role is about building for the future; setting the infrastructure that enables Goodnotes to grow into a global brand with clarity and consistency.
You’ll report directly to the Brand Marketing Lead and partner closely with Product, B2B and Growth teams to support content across blog, thought leadership, podcasts, video scripts, PR events, and more.
