Master the Backlog: Own the tactical execution for your squad, ensuring CMS functionality, AI content creation, and media assets are always prioritized and perfectly aligned with our roadmap.
Blueprint for Success: Translate intricate customer problems into crystal-clear user stories and functional specs that empower Engineering and QA to build with speed and precision.
Drive the Engine: Partner closely with Engineering leads to scope work and balance new features with technical debt, ensuring every release is predictable and high-impact.
Decode the Data: Monitor feature adoption and success metrics to understand exactly how admins and learners interact with your product area, then use those insights to fuel continuous improvement.

Technical Foundation: You bring 4+ years of SaaS experience, a solid understanding of APIs and enterprise patterns, and a mastery of learning standards like SCORM, xAPI, and LTI.
Relentless Ownership: You take the wheel with an execution-focused mindset, tracking every metric and ensuring that every change you champion is a victory for the customer.
