You're a senior PMM who has owned the full scope of the function — not a lane player who only does launches or only does enablement. You've shaped how a complex product is understood in the market, and you have the receipts to prove it worked.
You're equally comfortable writing a positioning brief, presenting to the sales team, sitting in a product review with engineering, and publishing a launch on your own. You move fast, you have taste, and you don't wait for someone to hand you a playbook.
You go deep with the product, there isn’t a single surface you aren’t familiar with, sales engineers come to you with questions.
~5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years owning major PMM work end-to-end (positioning, messaging, enablement, launches)
Track record of building PMM from scratch or near-scratch in a fast-growing startup environment
Exceptional writing and communication taste — you set the bar for clarity and craft
Deep familiarity with the B2B SaaS buying motion, particularly in technical products sold to technical or operations buyers
Experience working directly with product, engineering, and sales leadership without a lot of process overhead
Deeply curious about AI technology and willingness to get hands-on with the product
Comfort working across both new logo acquisition and customer expansion motions
