Job Description
We are looking for a Product Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of chromatography and spectroscopy chemistries and supplies across Latin America's indirect channel markets. In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor and commercial partner to distributors, channel partners, and end-user customers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Channel Partner Managers and the distributor network to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for chemistries and supplies across Latin America
Enable channel partners through technical training, product demonstrations, and sales support to increase product adoption
Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and partners on chromatography, spectroscopy, and sample preparation solutions
Identify growth opportunities within the distributor network and support pipeline development for chemistries and supplies
Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business impact
Track performance metrics and contribute to regional growth targets
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
4+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or a related commercial role
Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models preferred
Background in technical support, training, or consultative selling valued
Technical Knowledge
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
Gas Chromatography (GC)
Liquid Chromatography (LC, HPLC, UHPLC)
Sample Preparation techniques
Spectroscopy
Familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications preferred
Understanding of analytical instrumentation and related consumables
Core Competencies
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within channel and distributor sales models
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across partners, distributors, and internal teams
Ability to deliver engaging presentations, product trainings, and technical workshops
Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and cultures

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
