The Opportunity
Adobe’s AI Studio is where the world’s leading brands bring their campaigns to life through generative AI; and behind every great campaign is an equally great production engine. As Content Operations Lead, you’ll be the operational backbone of that engine, working side by side with Creative Designers to keep projects on track, customers unblocked, and nothing falling through the cracks.
This role is for someone who can walk into an unorganized customer situation, quickly make sense of what’s needed, and get the team executing. You’re deeply comfortable with data (like wrangling CSVs, building Excel trackers, turning raw inputs into structured outputs), and you bring the kind of can-do energy that keeps teams moving even when timelines are tight.
What You’ll Do
Drive Programs and Unblock the Team
Quickly assess what’s needed from a customer brief or request — even when information is incomplete or unorganized — and get the team moving.
Organize complex inputs from customers into clear, structured briefs and action plans that creative partners can execute against immediately.
Proactively identify and remove blockers so Creative Designers can stay focused on the work, not the logistics.
Coordinate handoffs between Creative Designers, copywriters, and engagement managers to keep production on schedule.
Drive the team to on-time delivery, flagging risks early and pushing for resolution before they become problems.
Own Data, Workflow, and Tooling
Work extensively in Excel and with CSV data to manage asset tracking, reporting, and production operations at scale. Strong spreadsheet fluency is essential in this role.
Build, refine, and document production workflows and processes that increase team efficiency and reduce manual effort. Additionally, you will make sure they’re clearly defined and repeatable.
Leverage project management platforms and AI-assisted workflows to streamline operations and keep stakeholders informed.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive production tasks and contribute to a growing library of team best practices.
Support Creative Quality and Output
Partner closely with Creative Designers to organize and prepare assets, manage file structures, and ensure outputs are formatted correctly for each channel and format.
Bring a creative eye to production — catching inconsistencies, flagging quality issues, and helping maintain brand standards across deliverables.
Manage variant tracking and asset organization at scale across formats, channels, and campaign phases.
Be the Team’s Connective Tissue
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal coordination, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
Maintain a positive, resourceful presence that helps the team navigate competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
Contribute to a collaborative team culture where people feel supported and set up to do their best work.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, creative production, or a related role. Agency, in-house, or studio environments all translate well.
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand deliverables needed, organize ambiguous or incomplete information, and drive a team to execution.
Strong data fluency: you’re deeply comfortable working in Excel and with CSV files, building and maintaining complex spreadsheets, and using data to drive clarity and decisions.
Proven ability to define, document, and improve processes: you don’t just follow workflows, you build them.
A track record of unblocking teams and driving on-time delivery in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
A creative eye and genuine appreciation for design quality, even if you’re not the one pushing pixels.
Familiarity with generative AI tools and an openness to integrating them into daily work.
Strong communication skills: you keep people informed without over-communicating, and you know when to flag something versus just handle it.
A can-do attitude and the kind of steady, positive energy that makes teams want to work with you.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising production, or campaign operations is a plus.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and timelines are rarely forgiving.
