Internships @ Wealthsimple
At Wealthsimple, we offer 4 month internships that are open to co-op and non-co-op students, and recent grads. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects that are changing the landscape of financial services for Canadians. You will be on a team that supports your growth, provides mentorship, and connects you to the broader Wealthsimple community!
Our internship program follows a hybrid work model, where you’ll be working from our Toronto headquarters on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This structure offers the flexibility of remote work, while also providing the collaboration, connection, and mentorship that come from being together in person.
Eligibility
✔ Currently enrolled as a student at a Canadian post-secondary institution or technical bootcamp
✔ New graduates - Within 6 months of your graduation date
✔ Available to work full-time hours
✔ Residing in Canada
✔ Able to commute to our Toronto HQ on Wednesdays and Thursdays
About the team
Wealthsimple's Product & Content Marketing team is outcome-obsessed. We start with the business problem and work backwards to the marketing tactics, never the other way around. We operate as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing, taking full ownership of cross-functional work to ensure our products and content get the attention they deserve. The Product & Content Marketing team is made up of product marketers, content strategists, and lifecycle communication owners.
About the role:
We are hiring for 3 specific Product & Content Marketing interns this summer:
Content stream - Supporting our overarching content marketing strategy including educational resources and organic growth channels (e.g. Wealthsimple Finance 101)
Banking stream - Supporting Wealthsimple’s banking team, this intern will contribute to go-to-market planning and execution across our growing suite of everyday financial products including chequing, credit card, and lending.
Business stream - supporting Wealthsimple for Business, this intern will contribute to the go-to-market of our evolving business products and related growth activities.
