As a Staff Content Designer within Product, you’ll operate at the intersection of words, systems, and human behavior, shaping product experiences that are clear, inclusive, and emotionally resonant for millions of people around the world.

This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who leads through craft, influence, and vision. You’ll partner deeply with Product, Design, Research, Engineering, Trust & Safety, and Legal to solve complex problems with language, championing thoughtful content design that reflects Bumble’s values of Courage, Respect, and Curiosity. Along the way, you’ll help reimagine how content design scales at Bumble — including how we responsibly apply AI to enhance clarity, consistency, and care across the product.
