Grüns is seeking a Fractional SEO / GEO Lead Contractor to build and scale organic search as a primary growth channel. This role owns the full organic funnel—from technical foundations to content creation to authority building—driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, new customer acquisition, and AI-driven discovery.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a strategy-only engagement. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and translating performance data into clear, ongoing improvements. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical, with a deep understanding of modern SEO and emerging GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) across AI-powered search and discovery platforms.
This is a remote role and part of our fully remote HQ team. This is a contract, fractional role with an expected time commitment of ~20 hours per week, primarily during normal U.S. business hours, with some flexibility as business needs shift. Compensation is hourly and will be determined based on experience and scope. This is intended to be an ongoing position, and we will evaluate the scope over time with the potential to extend or expand depending on performance and business needs. This role is not eligible for Grüns full-time benefits.
